Tranquility uses a combination of traditional herbs, leaves and roots to promote relaxation, a deep state of calm and to support restful sleep.
A combination of natures most effective relaxation herbs such as Soupsop which has been traditionally used as a sedative and for the treatment of nervous system disorders such as anxiety and depression, Vervain which is high in flavonoids and tannins, both of which are known to possess anti-anxiety and sedative properties and Hemp which studies have shown have a calming effect on the central nervous system.

Dosage
Adults – 1 teaspoon 3 times daily
